Hey guys, just popping in here to see if I could request something from all you artsy folks.
This isn't anything I plan on using for anything*, and is more or less just something I really want to see.

Anywho, I've been throwing the idea of a powerful female protagonist for a story I want to write but probably never will.

Her features should be something like this:
Long, white hair. Perhaps with portions of it stained with blood.
White/Silvery eyes.
Average height for a normal human female.
She needs to be an angel, so wings. (And they gotta be glorious.)
Somewhat muscular, whatever would be appropriate for a soldier of sorts.
Face should be a little bit round. Not fat-type round though, more of just a roundish jaw.
She should have an expression composed of sadness mixed with emotional deadness.

I want her to be clad in some pretty majestic, high-fantasy, white, angelic type armor. Nothing like gold trim, though. Also, nothing TOO ridiculously huge. Perhaps covered in some blood as well.
She should have two large, curved swords, either in her hands, on her back, or on her sides. Bloody, of course.

Basically, the character I'm describing comes from a quick story I made up for one of my friends on Facebook when they asked me to.
The character I described, who I'm calling Leia, for now, is the Commander of the Sylphian Military, with the Sylphians being the angels of the world I'm playing with at the moment.

As for the general art style, anything goes. I would prefer something really... Artsy? I guess?
Something that looks like it was done with Pastels, I think, is what I mean, but again, anything will work.

All artists who take my challenge will be awarded cookies.

Also, sorry if this is the wrong place to go for asking for art to be done, I admittedly didn't look that hard for a thread of the sort.

*Currently, anyway; I'll let whoever know/ask for permission if I ever use the graphic for anything.

For months, I've been dreading trying to model/rig/pose a kobold head in Blender. Today I found myself strangely uninhibited (and procrastinating on several more pressing projects), so I Blendered for a few hours. Most would call it blundering. Horrifying blundering due to poorly abusing mirror and trying to pretend that eyelids are eyebrows. Do not be like me. Eyelids are not eyebrows, and mirror should not be used when rotating armatures like that.

In order, the emotions are "happy," "angry," and "fearful." It is difficult to convey happiness on a muzzled creature's head in 3D. No ears or neck because then I would have delayed everything else I just did for another few months, and necks are overrated anyway.

Dem angry eyebros.

Other than that, :P It looks pretty good. Especially the Fearful one, that one conveys a powerful look of 'oh shit'

Also, thank you for tackling my request, Ameablable. If you need any additional details, lemme know.

I don't think I've ever posted my music on here before. I've been writing for a couple years now and it's become a pretty major hobby of mine, mostly self-taught from listening to video game soundtracks.

So here, have some free fake video game music:

no wait that was the leader of the local charity foundation

hmm

my vibe receptors must be off

Also, AnotherDwarvernDeath, that is some excellent music indeed. One of my favoured genres, even! c:

Also also, thank you Jopax! As much as it pains me to say, i am pleased with the progress i've made so far, although i think a lot of it is also about getting used to the tablet (which pretty much feels natural by now). But hey, i can now make super quick doodles of things!!

I like the fearful one the most. I think it looks happier than the actual happy face. The happy one is somewhat weird and nightmarish. Also, dem angry eyebrows indeed.

I just realized something. I can totally imagine you doing highly realistic caricatures of people. That + your touch and style would be golden. And probably cause much rage :D

I build a folding table for the living room of my shared flat. Stuttgart is a city where space is sparse, especially in our flat. So when the table isn't needed, it can be folded and stored under the couch. The architect living with me helped me with the design. I like how it turned out, though I was wishing for guided tools or at least a proper working place at least a dozen times. :P
