Her ear looks like it's hanging in space next to her head.

also, I'm sorry to say, her tail looks vaguely penile. maybe put it behind the branch?

Pose/general anatomy is just bizarre... looks like something you'd see on devart? Keep practicing!

Here's my first, scrapped-midway attempt at something cool for a game: http://i.imgur.com/YdBYKkm.png The reason I scrapped it and started fresh was the game honestly wasn't suited for jumping/timing puzzles like you'd find in this level. I mean, it's "kind of" turn-based. I'll have a good, long think about how to best integrate the concept into existing mechanics before actually laying it out.

Somehow getting some Bioshock Infinite vibes from that level thingy, which is pretty cool. A shame that you had to scrap it, but i'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with. c:

meanwhile here's an OCTOLITH
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Drawn because Cript mentioned a monolith in the IRC and then my mind snowballed from there and to octolith, because octo is a funnier prefix than mono. And then... It was irresistable. I also botched the perspective pretty badly, but i'm past the point of caring about that now.

also another doodly thing but this time with a demon
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
It neatly displays the fairly large difference between my two most prominent drawing doodling styles. Also i have no idea why my brain wants demons to look draconic like that, but it does. Possibly because i want to emphasize how inhuman they are??

I spent about 2 hours working on this code, but I did it! Seamless walls!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
It was very tedious, but I'm so glad I've got it done. Also, I'm not entirely sure that the way I've done it is the most efficient way, but whatever.
The code was done in Gamemaker 8 and if anyone wants to know how I did it, PM me and I'll tell you.

EDIT: Oooooh myyy gooodnesss. I'm so close to a randomly generated "dungeon."
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
One of my stopping points on trying to make a roguelike is dungeon generating is hard. But I've almost got it! Just have to figure out what's the problem with the hallways are.

I did not get something usable for a wallpaper out of that strange mood. Frownyemoticons.

A crop of that would be a pretty cool phone background though...

I'm gonna guess.... wolf for land division, avian predator (hawk?) for aeronautics, and the onyx one is aquatic, and modeled after a fish of some type.

And then, they will be weaponized. Like everything in this game, from kittens to babies, everything is a potential device of murder.
So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.

Yes, yes, and... I'll give you half a bajillion points for the third one. It's the 'other' category, which does include aquatics I guess. I've built a few ROVs in the past.

That's good, though. When I was designing them (read: GF sketching them out & me vectorizing them), I tried to make sure that they'd be recognizable.

Got bored, was going to make a forum game in Illustrator.
That looks really cool.

I've been lurking here for a few days before I made my account and I want to know if it would be kosher to start another blacksmithing thread since the others are more than a year old? Or would it be better to just keep it in this thread?

Welp, it looks like either the forum or photobucket doesn't like that I wanted to change my avatar. I'm thinking it's probably the forums, because I can share the same picture in posts (which I'm doing, if you couldn't tell).

Dwarves passing by get good thoughts from the mist of water and exploding felines.
Anyone of the equivalent to the royal bloodline in a nomadic group would have a sun tattooed on their hand, or a scrotum on their forehead (it's a little-known fact that fraternities are based off of long-forgotten tribes).

In my experience, Photobucket isn't great. I used to use it all the time and have many problems with it until someone told me alternative image uploading websites, like Minus or Imgur.
