the digger only dig out dirt it seems. :/

Oops. I guess dirt isn't the best word. What i meant is that they can dig out 4 units of any mineral(?) per turn.

Edit: It probabley won't be that constant though, i don't think it really makes sense to dig out solid rock as fast as loose dirt.
Ah okay. So get it now!

I'd say we should get the logger as well if possible, at least one. We can turn out lumber for trade as a secondary item.

Genetic modification is our specialty, guys. If we can start churning out top-rate clones, we can corner the market in this sector. (And if we include hidden loyalty protocols... MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!)
We need the genetic modifier. NEED.

Turn 31.5
Colony:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
NOTE: This does not count as a turn.

What's this? Someone is replying to your advertisment.

The reply has come from a company called Impex Weapons they say that they are willing to pay you 2500 yollars for the return of their research papers. Since they don't want the documents to go through the colony ship they will send you the money as soon as you send them the location of the box.

You tell them that you'll consider it if they promise not to reveal your colony's location to anyone and they agree.

Now you'll just have to decide if you will actualy tell them.

Night will come in 4 turns.

Well I can't see anyway that you could unless you were to scrawl them in the dirt or something. And even then that would take a long time.

Alright, thoughts. Let's get our choices up and going.

So how many want the Genetic Modifier first and how many want the Mining Module first?

We could get mining supplies from Donnie's tool foundry if we aim for the Genetic Mod.

Although, we can now sell that box and profit (build up) from that OR use the research papers for our own use {Though I can't see its apparent use in our pre-modern colony. Can't be of use until we grow is what I mean.}

No worries about our power, it will hold out for a whole night. We need more modules and more clones (or ability to clone clones.)

We may also want to hunt for nutrients/protein if we're aiming for the Genetic Mod. Or find a reliable source of income, sheet production takes up valuable wooden resources that may be put to better use later on.

Edit: ^ Nice idea/s....Fast hands too.

Yes. Sell the documents.

Does the Omnicorp Basic Smelter+5 Donnies diggers= 1 BMM?

If so ask to buy that stuff but only if the shipment if free. If not or if they will not ship for free buy a BMM.

Then get the Education Attachment. (I can not stress enough how the Genetic modifier you guys want will be worthless without it)

Make the Trade. but make sure your combat clones do it, Away from the colony. That way while they'll know the general location but not exactly where you are. Don't do it in person. We can make more clones but we can't replace our scientist. Be specific in your orders to the clones so you don't get ripped off. Dno't bother copying the papers not worth it.

Including shipment the Omnicorp basic smelter and the donnies diggers would cost 850 all up.

So it would be 50 cheaper then buying a basic mining module but the mining module can smelt one more ore per turn then the Omnicorp version.

Would the BMM take up less space if we're using the coordinate map? 2500 yollars is a lot to spend.
