If they end up lynched because they didn't post, oh well. Too bad for them. Maybe they should've tried posting.

People used to tell me that. But then every single one of them took an arrow to the knee when they tried it again.

13.

13.

THIRTEEN.

Why is that all I can think of now?

All 13 of them were there now. It wasn't that they had a choice to come... No, that wasn't like webadict. All of them had been coerced, bribed, blackmailed, brainwashed... If it wasn't one thing, it was another, and if you thought you could escape it, there was always something worse, just for trying.

They had gathered in a rather large mansion, which is at least slightly more livable than the usual places.

Vector was the first to speak. "So, what is it this time?" Everyone knew she wasn't speaking to them, but rather to webadict. He was always around when it was convenient.

"I'm dying."

Jim Groovester looked around. "If you're dying, then I'd like my brother back before you did."

"Oh, he's already back. But, before I let you go, I'm afraid one of you must become the new host."

"Go to hell," yelled NativeForeigner, as he began trying to kick down the door. The door splintered under his foot, but never broke.

"I'm afraid you'll find," spoke webadict, walking out of the shadows, "that there is no way out."

Think0028 was on him in a flash. He had pulled out a wire hidden in his watch and tried to strangle him. "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU, YOU BASTARD!" The wire cut into webadict's skin and then sliced all the way through. Think0028's face distorted with confusion.

Webadict now stood elsewhere. "Maybe."

Everyone else was becoming increasingly more annoyed as he went on. Why does he always do this?

Webadict suddenly blurred, and then reappeared elsewhere with three boxes. They were full of bullets. He opened all three boxes and took out one bullet from each, and loaded it into a single revolver.

"Each one of you is going to have a gun," he said as he spun the barrel. He stopped the spinning with his finger. He aimed the gun at NUKE9.13 and fired. The bullet collided with him. NUKE9.13 was unimpressed. "These bullets don't hurt innocent people. They do, however..."

He fired the gun at himself. The gun fired again, faster than anyone could perceive. Webadict remained unharmed.

"...kill me and stop me from dying. I will tell you more later tonight. You should have been informed secretly by now."

He threw two of the boxes at Vector and the last box he dumped on the floor. A gun appeared in everyone's hand as they scrambled to grab a bullet.

"She's the Webadict. Stop her or don't. It's your choice. Don't screw up."

And then, webadict was gone.

You stand in a large room. In the middle of the room stands a rather large computer terminal. To the north side of the room are two sets of stairs leading to a landing. There are three doors on the top of the landing. There is one door under the landing. To the south is the entrance. The entrance door is splintered, but standing.

Let's get down to business. Shall we?
>Interact with terminal.
Webadict. I don't believe you. All you do is wine wine wine and more wine.

Everyone else: What were you told about the bullets?

Dariush and NUKE:Let's not have any meta fighting this time. That would be a nice change of pace.

Klingon: Have you played any games of Mafia prior to this one?

Jim: I'd like to know your opinion on the flavor. Do you think flavor's going to play a huge role in this game?

Vector. I wonder what happens if we lynch the Webadict instead of shooting her. Does she lose a bullet? Does she kill someone voting her? One way to find out.
