Looks like Deathsword is up next.  Also looks like the first post needs some editing. *bumps the Aussie guy*

Downloading the save. Will check it out soon.

Starting now. I think I should mention that I haven't read much of this thread apart from the first few pages, so I'm doing this blind.

EDIT: I have no idea what is going on. I placed the save in the correct folder, as seen in the spoiler below, yet DF acts as if there was no save at all.

You need 31.25.  If you have to get it, put it in a different folder from your current install to prevent computer FUN.  A link to a download for it is available in the first post of the thread.

I used to have an avatar, but I was told to remove it after it kept making people go insane.

Oh. Derp. I guess that is what happens when I forget to check the version. I already have a folder for .25 lying around, so I'll start now.

EDIT: I am surprised. I was expecting some nest of madness like Failcannon, yet I can actually make sense of most of what I see. Now to see what I can sabotage have fun with.

This fortress isn't a nest of madness? No mazes? No unreachable areas?

THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

Oh god... I think this means I built the place well-enough to withstand the combined madness of the community.  Either that, or you people aren't trying hard enough!

Just sent him a note.

I thank you all for giving me an awesome 3 days reading the backlog for this topic and the original Swordthunders topic.  There are things even a newbie like me can learn from here.  :D
On a side note, though I would love to try my hand at running this mess, I will pass for two reasons.  Reason 1: I need to run more than a couple forts into the ground, still learning the basics.  Reason 2: Given what I am already juggling IRL, the Swordthunders Curse would likely remove me from the internet.  :P
