I don't think you can see the kill lists of ghosts

I'm fairly confident that once the fort has been abandoned or has fallen, any ghosts present on reclaim will not have their kill lists or relationships visible, and that using the option to View the creature from the units menu simply brings up a description page saying "A short, sturdy creature fond of drink and industry. His/Her upper body is gone."
