Darvi, you forgot to release the (censored) flavour.
And thank you for being so gracious as to let me reveal this game's sadly untriggered Super Surprise.
To address Jim's upset over the gimped elfteam: Every party in this game was deliberately gimped, because that's sort of the point with this setup, as was clearly explained in the OP. The Witches... well, they'll know what I'm talking about. The Elves will too.
The centrepiece of the game was the Bells and the Ringer of the Bells (or the Bellringer for short). It was a role that, by figuring out the puzzle and activating the role power, would trigger the creation of a relatively powerful Bellringer-aligned SK. This would be adequately foreshadowed, and the role would be made similarly difficult to the other factions, by means of the bells and what happened last time there were bells in a Mafia game.
That, and a few other things, were designed to gimp the Town down. As they didn't win, and as the Witches went through significant toil to seize their victory, I still think I managed to reasonably reach my goal of having each party work their hardest to win.
That said, though, it's still a shame the game never really took on its full form (lack of SK was also a reason this game took 7 Days to finish). I'm comfortable with revealing it because I know I won't be using it again, should there be a next time.
To close off, I'l just like to thank everyone for playing this game, give kudos to Time Blossom for having it all figured out by N1 before he had to leave (probably would have won if he stuck around), and apologise sincerely for what happened in this game. I hope you can forgive me, even a little.
