I should have asked this before.

Jim: Why did you protect me last night?

That's actually a good question I would like answered, as well. Your auto is essentially NK immunity, because if you're killed then we can all vote and then ask for a votecount, then lynch the killer. Seems like a waste of a protect on Jim's part.

Yeah, it took me a while to realize that Jim had chosen the worst possible NK to protect.

Extend because this might be rather important.

The day isn't going to end on a weekend. If it gets close to the end of sunday, and the question is unanswered, I'll vote for an extend.

If it gets close to the end of the day it might be too late.

I don't really know what to do with my messages anymore. Can anyone give me a tip on that?

Jim: Why did you protect me last night?

Because you're a doctor and it's a good idea to protect doctors.

If there was a better course of action I should've taken about protecting you or not then it didn't occur to me.

That's actually a good question I would like answered, as well. Your auto is essentially NK immunity, because if you're killed then we can all vote and then ask for a votecount, then lynch the killer. Seems like a waste of a protect on Jim's part.

That wouldn't work if how much each vote is worth is invisible on the votecount.

I don't know if it works that way this game or not. I don't think it does.

This is a pretty easy vote. Unlike Jim, I'd say.

I voted NUKE9.13 because I thought he was ballsy RIAing scum, which is something he's been known to do and there was enough material to think this way.

If you want to talk about easy votes, you voted him because survivors are anti-town at lylo, when it wasn't lylo. I don't think I could figure out a lazier way to vote while also still pretending like I had reasons.

And I think this post seems somewhat nervous.

Nope.

What I meant was, I don't think this is a game where each player's individual vote is counted on the vote count itself, but I'm not sure.

That's more a thing WUBA does in his games.

Urist claimed that the vote was simply blocked, not made worthless.

And what's the difference between being voteblocked and not having your vote count for anything?

I think what Jim's trying to say is we're likely not going to be able to tell whether a vote counts or not until someone is lynched or not. It's not certain that Toaster will be so obvious as to have the counts in the vote reflect someone who has no ability to vote. Not to mention that it's not like the person who lost the ability to vote will announce it. Ergo, while the plan may have worked, it was uncertain, and it was probably a better judgement call to just protect someone who's claimed doctor.

If it scares people into posting, then yes.

If they end up lynched because they didn't post, oh well. Too bad for them. Maybe they should've tried posting.
