You have to be level 8 to submit yourself as a voting candidate (at least by a capital city).

Once I'm a bit stronger, I'll start to migrate in a generally southern direction, it looks like a good place to get started without getting into a power struggle with another kingdom.

I'm level 8 :D.

When's the next vote? Everbody in Bay12 can vote for me in a town. Once I have 8 towns, I can form up the Kingdom and recruit you guys into it - followed subsequently by handing out towns to everyone :P

Where are you at currently, Azkanan?

Starting a campaign to become a mayor of a town is over mate, you needed to have done so yesterday... Oh well next time around, lest someone wants to go to war with a nation or do some wheeling and dealing for land...

*vague mutterances* It's been two days in game, according to the email notification thing, but my priest hasn't memorized any new spells. Is this, uh, normal?

Have you camped in the wild or existed inside the town when the day rolled over, ie NOT inside a dungeon/sewers???

I've seen lots of Bay 12 markings about, although I think most of you are more south than I am. I'm in Aldercradle. Is there any disadvantage to getting more party members? I'm at 9 currently and I'm earning more than enough money from battles to supply and heal everyone.

If you had necromancy powers, this would be a pretty solid way to prank people.

In the wild, but not camped... that's probably it, I guess.

Basically out of turns, now, so I'll stick around this stagdell or whatever place for today, see if I end up with healing spells tomorrow. Place has a level one dungeon fairly close to it, which I looted for delightful monies (at least compared to the rest of my time, so far). Priest is finally in full plate and not dying quite so much, so I ran a couple of extermination quests. Between those and the dungeon, everyone's up to level 3!

This seems fun. I'm currently stuck in a dungeon with a single level 3 dwarf warrior alive.

His defense rating is over 40 though, so I might just survive. In other news, just located my quest target, cubes of stuff, in a chest.

was he in defensive mode (shield) or attack mode (swords)?

Since I missed the spells regeneration today my mage and priest are pretty much useless today... I don't remember if it's mentioned in the starter guide, I might have forgoten if it is, you should be in a town or camp at the end of a day...  So many useful spells that I cant use...

Damn it, sideways, with a lemon.

Also anyone know the quickest way to increase the movement factor?  I am trying to get mine as high as I can so I can go far and wide in search of money and quests.

Where are you at currently, Azkanan?

Currently on a quest to go to Trollford to deliver a message... 750 Gold reward, plus probably twice that much being earned in Monster Slapping.

I can kill anything but Werebears, which I haven't attemped yet...

So, what does EVERYBODY'S PARTY currently assemble to?

I only have three of the initial party members left, I sold the others, heh...

Azkanan, Human Archer, Level 9
SacreDoom, Dwarf Warrior, Level 8
Projeear, Human Archer, Level 7

Keila Nicholl, Human Warrior, Level 3
Katelynn Hudley, Dwarf Warrior, Level 2 (New Today)
Manton Turtlerunner, Human Warrior, Level 4 (New Today)
