So I *accidentally* opened up the circus before I was ready[mostly] and while I was able to evacuate and lock them in the depths. I've spent the last year taking the cottoncandy I do have, and forging weapons and armor. The fools wait  just beyond the walled hallways, and they're asking for a fight.... so I'm gonna give it to them.

My military has been training for 8 years. They've crushed entire seiges within seconds. They're lead by a hard-as-slade Mace Lord with one arm. What I need is music... something supremely dwarfy for the battle to come.

Bonus points for Metal.

Lol. That was funny, though I think the video made it too silly for me. Currently the song of choice is 'Wrath of the Norsemen' by Amon Amarth... as long as I pretend my axedwarves are vikings, it's fine.

Price of a Mile, by Sabaton. Good song, and it reflects the losses I'll have to endure for gain. I may fight back the hordes and retake the lower mines, but who will give their lives for that? Is it worth the price I'll pay? I get attached to my dwarves, my military almost exclusively. Infact, one of my hammerlords... her daughter just joined her squad after coming of age. She'll stand beside her mother, axe held high and ready to die if it would secure victory.

Fight hard, Dwarven Warriors. Fight hard.


Update: The clowns won, but they paid a steep price for victory.
