Urist entered the arena, seeing the wolf waiting for them. Holding his pick with both
hands, he and the wolf advanced on each other slowly. The wolf let out a low growl as
it padded forward. Suddenly, the growl was drowned out by a yell from Urist as he
charged. Swinging the pick, he caught the wolf in the paw as he knocked it over. As the
wolf scrabbled for a stable footing, its other paws met the pick. Blood spurted thickly
from the wounds, signalling that the wolf's demise was near. The pick descended again
and came up bloody, with the sound of broken bones announcing the solid blow. The wolf
struggled to get a blow in, but Urist dodged easily, and brought his pick down through
the beast's chest, tearing apart a lung, and cementing Urist's victory.
Jacqué and the Jaguar charged towards each other. Fist for claw, they traded blows for
some time. Jacqué's fists could not cause any major harm, though, while the Jaguar's
claws cut deep. The jaguar lunged and clamped its jaws around Jacqué's right hand, and
shaking it about, mangling the limb severely. Undaunted, Jacqué starting pummeling the
jaguar in the head with the left hand, leaving deep bruises, but the jaguar only let go
after many blows, leaving Jacqué's hand mangled and useless. Jacqué tried continuing
the fight, but could not leave any lasting blows. Eventually, the loss of blood proved
lethal.
Wooden sword in hand, Tersr approached the jaguar. As they neared each other, the
jaguar pounced, leaping forward and knocking Tersr over. Lying prone, Tersr was unable
to defend himself and the jaguar savaged him, scratces and bites covering his body. He
tried to stand up but was knocked over again. The jaguar tried to attack his head, but
the copper cap deflected the majority of the battering. However, the jaguar eventually
managed to bite onto Tersr's head, the teeth tearing apart the skin and the blood
vessels underneath until Tersr was struck down.
Calmly holding his sword, Urist strode towards the wolf as it approached him. The wolf
latched onto his arm, but a sharp stap drove it away. The wolf tried to attack agian,
but narrow misses of the sword stopped it landing any blows. The wolf latched onto
Urist's sword arm, but Urist bit down on the wolf's underbelly, knocked it over, and
started shaking the wolf about with his jaw. As he did so, the wolf released its grip
on Urist's sword arm, and Urist took the opportunity to drive the weapon through the
beast's skull.
Laurenski and the wolf strode towards each other. The wolf tried to jump forward, but a
mace blow interrupted the attack. The blow, although painful, caused only minor damage.
The wolf then tried again, landing a nasty scratch to the lower body, before Laurenski
counterattacked. Despite having a perfectly serviceable mace, Laurenski punched the
wolf with her free hand, jamming the skull through the brain and killing the wold
instantly.
(Yes, Laurenski punched a wolf to death in a single blow. I feel I should give some
bonus for this.)
The wolf approached Ibid, circling round at the last moment, and attacking from behind,
latching onto Ibid's lower back. A wild slash drove it away, and when the wolf tried to
charge again it was knocked down. Lying on the floor, the wolf was unable to defend
itself and many savage slashed impacted upon its belly. Struggling to its feet, it
tried to charge again, but was knocked down again. Ibid stabbed again, leaving the
sword embedded in the upper body, before executing it with a single savage punch to the
head.
Fekod and the jaguar fought, trading blows. The mace, although heavy and swung with
force, could never seem to land more than a bruising blow whereas the jaguar's claws
seemed to cut deep wherever they landed. The jaguar managed to secure its jaws around
Fekod's upper body, leaving its claws free to savage the dwarf's head. Disengaging from
the upper body, the jaguar secured its jaws around the dwarf's head, skaing it about
and shredding skin and fat. Moving in for the kill, the jaguar then bit onto the
dwarf's neck, its powerful jaws tearing through arteries, blood gushing onto the floor
below, and Fekod soon dying/
Flint and the wolf approached each other. Cautiously, they launced a few attacks but
the other would dodge. By leaping forward with suprising ferocity, Flint crashed into
the wolf and knocked it down. Taking advantage of its vulnerability. Flint launched
upon it, stabbing its belly repeatedly. The wolf never had a change to recover before
it was decapitated.
Dakosh and the wolf ran at each other. They collided, and it was the wolf who was
knocked backward, falling to the floor. Barely slowing, Dakosh swung the hammer, the
added momentum of the charge giving it extra force. The hammer met the wolf's head,
killing it in a single blow.
