I'm going to have to say no. Having multiple opponents like that will make it hard to balance, and thus I'm not going to allow it. If I were to allow it, then I could easily see problems in the future, such as a strong character fighting an arbitrarily high number of wolves, then being able to go to full adamantine in one go.

I'll run the first day of combat in a couple of hours.

The first tournament will start in about two IRL days. If you want to join, then say so. You can keep submitting actions for the time until it starts, but these will be overruled by the tournament figts if you join. As the game progresses, there will be more tournaments available, but the next tournament requires defeating the first arena master to enter.

I can't find any values in the item_weapon raw. However, a scimitar has identical state to a short sword, so you can take it as a base value of 14.

Some more information on tournaments and arena masters:

There are ten arena masters, including the grand champion. There are six tournaments. One can enter the tournaments one they have defeated 0,1,3,5,7, and 9 arena masters.
