Psycho is at this point suffering from hypothermia, and will likely freeze to death fairly soon.

I tilt my head to one side, seriously contemplating Friesden's suggestion.  My wings were still uncoordinated and my legs were still a bit weak, but my magic was still strong. 

'Couldn't hurt, and it might get me out of this funk.'

I smile at my love.

"I haven't, but I think now is the perfect time to remedy that."

Another voice, this one too low to be heard.

"Oh? Well I s'pose if 'ee dunnae make it, then ye'll be assigned under me, now won't ye?"

Side by side with my love, we head for the surface and the jungle beyond.  However, the voice of Commander Starkey stops us.
