You make another attack, but the erratic nature of your current weapon keeps you from landing a killing blow. Which is really lame, since that means that Ogre has another chance to paste you.

Which it does. The Ogre's hand comes down on you like the wrath of god. You take 8 points of damage, and are now 1 point away from death. This would be an excellent time to panic.

RL continues to run interference.

The imp attacks her cursor, but is luckily too weak to force a disconnect.

Yeah, that's pretty much the score.

You leap backward, and return Proudhon's Rapier Wit to your Strife deck, and instead pull out Karl's Mark, and fire. You strike the Ogre in it's eye, and with a howl of pain, it finally explodes into Grist! AW YEAH.

The imp continues attack RL's cursor, and manages a lucky disconnect. Looks like it is just you two, for now.
