yes, but:
a) he can come from any side
b) he doesn't fall down pits
c) multiple arrow fires will move him.

also, one action per turn :P

It seems that it would be dangerous to everyone moving if you simply fire every turn, because with a bit of bad luck the wumpus could easily move to where they move that turn.

A. Strife26 (room 1) Tunnels to: (0,16) You feel a breeze. Your arrow hits a wall, but no wumpus.
B. IronyOwl (room 15) Tunnels to: (2,3,7,8) You hear fluttering. It's loud.
C. lemon10 (room 9) Tunnels to: (0,8,12)
D. Darwimin (room 15) Tunnels to: (2,3,7,8) You hear loud fluttering.
