Both are friendly but Japan's friendlier. China has a MUCH better military and a nuclear arsenal, so I think I should side with China.

Alright, fine, side with china.

But I still vote on moving military to Japan to at least try and calm the situation down. Because besides poor Japan getting attacked, China's also spending it's troops on someone other than the Soviet Union. We don't want that, right?

Nothing really interesting's happening aside from riots within the Soviet Union, the Soviets getting troops in the Phillipenes and Iraq gearing up to attack Jordan.
