The Arena, what's the deal with that. Major crimes get you chucked in, but if you don't get out for years, what's the motivation to fight? Unless the fights are basically non-deadly/there are hardly ever fights, it amounts to a death sentence, except that you have to put effort in to complete it. And unmotivated fighters are boring fighters.
