You're confusing me more >.< Do you mean  by mana points "When it's full, you can't have more" or "When it's empty, you can't use more of it"?

Kinda? Like you can't cast a spell unless you have mana points.  You use up potential whenever you do something that has to do with trade or something, I don't know.
