You just name your own. The stuff in it will be randomised. For example, one country may have a large amount of iron, but next to no uranium.

Also maybe you could inlude technology as a bigger part of the game. Perhaps you can research new tech in exchange for money/resources.

Hey AoD, maybe you can make it so everyone is able to choose up to 2 things to turn off/on in the beggining, and the people will be 'used' to it?
