Okay, I've a suggesstion to add for combat: Generals.

A general in any province allows an attacker/defender to roll 2D6 for combat purposes. All nations shall have three, no more, no less.

Sound alright?

In other words, you're jealous because you have no friends which are based completely on their flag color because it's such a big detail.

I have worked out some flaws my combat theory for all to enjoy.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

He must have portable nukes... that could be a problem.
People also seem to be forgetting the timeframe of this. This is ANCIENT EUROPE. As in, 1000 BC to 1 AD. I'ma just going to assume its 350 BC right now.
