What DF utility will allow me to destroy ghosts?

I have a bunch of violent ghosts in my fort and they can't be slabbed for some reason.

Nope. Citizen ghosts that fucked up after a reclaim.

I found a way to trap them using Runesmith. They are harmless, but still exist.
