Urist has been fine lately. He was interested in the song that his caged brother goblin bard sang. He enjoyed the righteous slaughter. He felt miserable after his brother died.

Live in a cavern fort. The critters that drift through might be dangerous, but they can run for cover. The goblins, on the other hand...

Trick question: only humans lame dwarves die from old age. Real dwarves die from poison, decapitation, blood loss, cave ins, or masterwork plump helm roasts coated in *forgotten beast extract*.
