on the subject of songs in frozen they clearly packed to many songs into the beginning and couldn't really fit any more throughout the rest of the movie plus fixer uper didn't really fit it was just to try and fix the aforementioned problem.

I haven't even watched Frozen and didn't hear what Let It Go even sounded like beyond general impressions from the title. Hardly surprising I was mistaken.

I can't get over the fact that Let it go tries to rhyme 'go' with 'more'. I just wince every time that part starts.

The vocals aren't that great, yeah. They seem to vary in quality from song to song though, and it kind of depends on what you're looking for in a metal vocalist.

The rule of thumb - riffs repeat within a song, licks don't.

So there's this metal band Battlelore that does nothing but Tolkien-themed stuff.  They're... ok.

Except for this song, which I absolutely love.  And with me planning a 3000 km westward move in the near-future, it seems appropriate.
