since ?amoc? youll need population to power the infra, though. since, population has become much more important.
just overharvesting into infra wont do the trick anymore, and especially with few or none genetics, population grow is extremely dependent on climate hazard.

I started playing after AMOC came out. Yes, a population does help, but proper infrastructure does more in the long run. The trick is to go for both, but emphasize infrastructure.
