You decide to look for the head of this establishment. You go to the largest building. Inside, there is a very large computer with the words "TOAST Industries 'Orwell' v3 Administrative A.I."

Unfortunately, most of the employees don't seem to have any kind of uniform or dress code.

"We can probably replace the Mann Co. Australium matter transmogrifier with a more powerful TOAST unit, but it'll take some custom work. I can do it for a hundred TC. You can also find ammo for that flechette launcher in one of the TI Medical Dispensers, they should have one in front of the infirmary."
