    Raise two units of Night Raiders
    Raise one unit Chosen Archers Warband
    Send Diplomat towards Belgica
    Send Spy towards Tribus Saxones

Yes, You can build and recruit in all of your cities you know, not just one, we aren't keeping track of $

You just trained elite units, you can't do that bro, you don't have the buildings for it, look at the building list for germania that I linked.
