Any good Free To Play games on Steam that's not an FPS or MMO?
Have you taken a look at the Free Games spreadsheet?

I really like Might & Magic: Duel of Champions, it's a collectible card game similar to Hearthstone but far more interesting and complex. Less audiovisual bling but the art is much better IMO, and between daily missions, login rewards, battle rewards and level-ups you open packs at a satisfying rate. You can use the link in my sig to subscribe to get all the starter packs right off the bat, then download the game from Steam: http://steamcommunity.com/app/256410

What else... there's Warthunder, and incredible plane and tank simulator. By the same company you've got Star Conflict, which is a similar idea with spaceships with a narrower scope.

You also have the little known but well made RTS AirMech, an online multiplayer remake of the classic Herzog Zwei.

Then you have the cute but still engaging Spiral Knights, an 3rd-person almost top-down action game where you go down in trap-filled procedurally generated dungeons in groups of four. Don't be fooled by the looks, it requires quite a bit of skill to tackle the harder challenges.

And that's just off the top of my head.

Don't forget Path of Exile which is a very good Diablo clone.

So apparently AI War got into GOG. As is customary, they're doing a first week discount sale. It contains all the six expansions
Quote
AI War: The Zenith Remnant
AI War: Children of Neinzul
AI War: Light of the Spire
AI War: Ancient Shadows
AI War: Vengeance Of The Machine
AI War: Destroyer of Worlds.
That last one is pretty new, since I recently got the full pack and I have only 5 expansions. Far as I can tell GOG only sells them bundled up, but seems like a good deal if you only have a few of the expansions or none. A bit under 7 bucks.
link

Seems like you can get the same pack at about the same price from the dev directly, they also sell just the DLC's at a decreased price:

And as so often happens, they're concurrently sale on Steam, but the exchange rate (or lack of it) doesn't really favour the eurofolk. But here's the link anyways:

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

GoG also has a bunch of platformers on sale (some new, some old), part of a weekend sale that is ending Tuesday. (Actually, it apparently ends in 7 hours.)

.

I totally forgot Duke Nukem was a platformer before it was Duke Nukem 3D.

Borderlands 2 and DLCs are 75% off until the 25th, to get hype for the new Borderlands "pre-sequel" coming out in October.  The DLCs are extensive, large new areas and specific mechanics/loot types for each.  Though I wish my group hadn't launched the Tiny Tina DLC in true vault hunter mode - it scales the enemies to us, which is great, it goes overboard.  A level 49 orc miniboss (we're level 42-45) took literally half an hour or so to bring down.

Also included in the DLC are two new classes: The Mechromancer and The Bandit. I'm currently having a ton of fun with the former, haven't tried the latter yet.

You mean the Psycho? He's quite fun, especially since you can become a suicide bomber with him.

The first game and its dlcs are als on sale for about the same discount.

Right, Psycho.

Unrelated, but was Dominions 3 on GoG at some point? I know I have the game installed on my laptop, and I swear I got it through GoG, but it's no longer in my library :/

I don't think GOG removes games from people's libraries if they take it out of the store. At least, that was the case with the Fallout games.
