Binding of Isaac Thread

Setting aside all the themes of the game, mechanically, it's a highly addictive roguelike IMO. Simple, yet with several layers of interactions. Punishing but winnable with the right combination of somethings. And it's the kind of game that just expands the more you play it, rather than contracts. You think you have it pegged but then it surprises (or more likely) horrifies you.
