TW: Medieval 2: Another Crusa- Wait. What?
« on: March 12, 2011, 02:40:16 pm »

I was pimping almost all of Europe as England, and I was waging a winning war againist the Papal States, when something odd happened. I was being excommicated at the time and the pope had been killed by my assassins for the 3rd something time. I had no favor with the pope either. So, I was going around mauling the Holy Roman Empire (For killing Henry the Mauler. My Bestest General Ever with ten thousand hitpoints) when this happened.

There can't be much of a army left to even take over the city. your worst concern is Spain, and well, they never do crusades in my game.

Spain has 3-ish something territories? Portugal is a bigger threat.

The crusade ended after I toke Rome and the Papal were scared so much they offered a Peace treaty. That ended the Crusade quickly.

I've never been crusaded, period. I've even played as the Mongols once, but I think steam doesn't like mods, because i can't launch the game now.

Toulouse, isn't that roughly the area where the crusades against the Cathars went?

Oh whatever. In my rage, I declared on the Papal States. I'll tell you if another crusade comes along.

Hey, how do you change the details showed on the map? I accidentally changed it so it shows the names of all agents and generals marching around, instead of the particulars of the settlement.

ON TOPIC: England is for chumps. Second time playing the game, MM/MM, win the short campaign in about 1250. However, it's fun to ROFLstomp the French.
