Things I either haven't gotten to yet or missed or aren't actually updated yet (bukkit 740, watch for edits in this post!):
Done!

Things Returned!:
Runecraft! (apparently new runes...)
Zeus! (probably! also now with more stuffs!)

New things!:
EasyFlight!
THUNDERTOOLS! (Do not use at the docks!)
plgwarp (/warp, /setwarp, /removewarp, /listwarps)

Server coming once I've got all the stuff updated or moved out, anything not mentioned in here is updated.
