Does anyone know of any games where you play as demigods or something similar to that?

Technically every character in Dungeon Crawl with a religion fills this description as well, at some point.

Plus there's actual demigods.

The Populous games are somewhat like that, i'd say, though i only played one of them, and a long time ago.

From what i remember, the maps were like small planets and you were a shaman able to use very powerful spells, like creating volcanoes and calling meteorites, stuff like that (weather spells also i think, like tornadoes)...

You know, if you think about it, in many games you have quasi-divine powers. And I always thought that the ability to save a game and reload it was the most overpowered thing they give to players. But thats going off track.
