Like I said, I have 11 points. I invest 2 points into commanding my avatar to create a race of flying humanoid/ bird people, that can best be described as this: http://www.zeldawiki.org/Rito.


From there I command my race to build a city. A nice, big city.
I now have 1 point left.

You misunderstand just how big this world is! That main tower island is hundreds of miles long!

Edit: Cities are best repersented as dots.

I use 8 points to command my Kobolds to make a camp at the base of the mountain.  This is basically the Kobold base of operations.  Since a real scale would be unseeable, this is basically an "abstraction" of the camp.  Similarly, the dragon isn't that big.  Three points creates more taiga.

As long as that first city is downsized, by, ALOT.

The citizens of this so called "City of the Gods" joy was short-lived, for Galtiral's rage at these people of disrupting the balance of power was all too great. He caused the city to burn, and stole there grand intelligence that help create the city. They were reduced to living in, once again, huts and mud buildings. However, the name of the city was lost, so the eldest member of the yet to be named race called the city "Artiel" and named there race "Artielens"
