Obama just went off the phone with bibi (nethanyahu)

Obama demands unconditional humanitarian cease fire (Which israel already accepted 3 times now). he also emphasized that demilitarizing the terror organizations is crucial for resolving this conflict. (honestly, he is delusional if he thinks anyone can demilitarize the religious terror organizations through diplomacy)
Obama said he fully support the egyptian initiative. (Weird, considering Kerry terms for truce were the qatar-turkey ones  :-\)

Meanwhile, Abu mazen has flown to Saudi arabia where he hopes to form an arab axis composed of Saudi Arabia, PA and Egypt to bypass the Qatar-Turkey-Hamas axis.

20 tons of medicine will be flown from turkey to israel where they will be delivered to gaza
http://rotter.net/forum/scoops1/123756.shtml
Hamas already rejected medicine supplies and blood donations israel wanted to give the gazan people through the red cross.

IDF acknowledges it was responsible for attack on UN school earlier this week, claims it was a single errant mortar round that landed on an empty playground which killed no-one.
http://www.itv.com/news/update/2014-07-27/israel-confirms-school-strike-but-denies-causing-deaths/
In reality 16 people were killed and over 200 injured.  In addition there are multiple eyewitness reports of more shells striking the school after the hit on the playground.

Do not trust IDF statements.

Since a UN representative said hamas also miss fired rockets and mortars at the time and in the area (Mortars that landed in beit hanun), it is still possible israel is not responsible. i am not saying its definitive that israel didn't mistakenly shot that school, i am saying that it wouldn't be the first time hamas shoots his own people and blame israel.

And, well, Dan river (The reporter who claimed to receive that IDF claim) continue tweeting:

Having viewed the video (Of the errant mortar shell) I think it’s difficult to say definitively that the mortar didn’t kill anyone - we found shrapnel all over

Lol, had to slip in the "mistakenly" huh?

The idea that Hamas is responsible seems absurd to me.  All witnesses reported seeing multiple tank shells (around four) hit the school.  Hamas obviously doesn't have access to tanks (or indeed anything else that fires shells), and even if we assume that the eyewitnesses were mistaken about the nature of the explosives it still seems insane to suggest that multiple rockets all happened to misfire and land in almost the exact same place.  Even when fired correctly those things are wildly inaccurate.

Also note that the school was given advance warning from the IDF but no actual chance to evacuate.

Hamas also uses short range mortars.

Theres also the fact that the IDF had repeatedly warned them to evacuate, but the UN camp either wouldn't or simply couldn't.

You'd think they would check the target to see if it was still inhabited before firing on it.

Mortars don't fire shells, they fire mortars.  But even if we ignore the eyewitness evidence I haven't seen any allegations at all that it was a Hamas mortar strike, only that it was a misfired rocket.
Theres also the fact that the IDF had repeatedly warned them to evacuate, but the UN camp either wouldn't or simply couldn't.

You'd think they would check the target to see if it was still inhabited before firing on it.
They are claiming that the IDF never gave them a window in which to evacuate.  Without such a window they'd just be marching the inhabitants of the shelter into the middle of an active warzone.

Okay, wasn't sure what the full story behind that was. Not even sure where they could evacuate, seems like the entire Gaza strip is a warzone atm (not neccesarily all at once).

Yeah, warnings aren't too useful when there's nowhere to actually hide.

Tank shells?

Tank shells don't fly in indirect roles aaaaand you can't exactly see them.

I guess we will all have to wait and see. i am not saying isreal definitely didn't kill all those people, i am saying that its extremely possible a misfire from hamas did that. taking into consideration that more than 10% of hamas rockets/mortars actually misfire and hit gaza. (Btw, anyone else noticed that in the videos hamas spread of the "wounded" extracting from the school, none of the carried kids are actually wounded?)

The grandson of one of hamas founders speaks up.

"Reckless Kerry risks causing escalation."
http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/.premium-1.607506

In other words, hundreds of lives could have been spared if Kerry/Obama had decided to fully back the Egyptian-PA-Israel-"Moderates at hamas" truce agreements instead of favouring the Turkey-Qatar-"Extremists at hamas". Kerry simply decided to "throw" Abu mazen aside, and back Khaled Mashal instead, a man that sits peacefully in qatar in a luxury hotel with more than $2BN in his bank accounts/liquid assets/investments, while forcing the palestinians people to sacrifice their lives, houses and economy for him. Kerry has accepted Hamas extremists Truce terms knowing very well neither egypt nor israel will ever accept them without equal concessions from Hamas, which they weren't willing to give in their Truce terms.

Meanwhile, at the request of the head honcho, israel stopped committing offensive actions and only return fire to places hamas shot rockets from. hamas, doing the only part he can do, continue firing dozens of rockets which already taken life.

Hamas managed to misfire, probably again, this time hitting Shifa hospital:

This time they are baring reporters from filming and collecting evidence, despite their tendency to favour reporting and filming lots of wounded, lots of blood.

You do know that none of this, even if it did represent the whole(it doesn't) justifies the war crimes being committed by Israel.
