I does. Unless it has an abnormally low density, it should have high enough gravity to really hurt us. Also: With the density that low, the surface rocks should have densities approaching that of liquid water.

There's liquids denser than water. People can swim in them. (They did an experiment once to see whether people swim slower in guar gum (a kind of syrup) than water. Interestingly enough, they don't.)

The density of a planet is an average density of everything it's made of. The surface rocks of the earth have an average density of something like 2.8g/cm³, whereas the value for the earth as a whole is something like 5.52g/cm³.
