I'll add that then.

Notes:
Temporary habitat
Safety max: 85%
Difficulty: 3-Medium
Cost to initiate: 8B
Additional info:
Requires 2 payloads of size 2 to be dropped either simultaneously or seperately to function.
Research above 50% not available, testing on the lunar surface environment required to raise Safety (5% each successful usage, max 10% per single mission).

*note

Building cost for equipment is 25% the starting/initiating cost approximately. Reusable craft cost 75% of the initial program cost.

When I said single use it would mean the Vasilev A would cost 5B each rocket, his QSSL is likely to cost 15B each. Also it would cost less to research your Vasilev.
Yeah, wait what? Aren't there already some rockets?

Until I get the QSSL-mini working, that is. >:D

Could you retract the autonomity? That will be in the next version after the basics are set.
Will the next version cost less to start, given that I've already done the foundation?

About the lunar testing, if anyone needs help with it you can pre-pay for a QSSL/QSSL single mission use.

I thought more people would put some money into rockets, I'll add to one or two NPC companys with rockets at various stages of development later. One definite is the Ariane 5.

okay. what would you price one at? keep in mind that it will be reusable and has a fast turn-around time.

I offer 15B+5B per month for 4 months. Or you can rent them from me, on a per-mission basis.
I might agree with 25B depending on buyers though.. I could do repairs too for you, depending.

25-35B for purchasing and for repairs, that depends on the damage.

I find myself agreeing.

I would like 20B up front to speed development.

Offering to PlanetSpace CEO (Maniac):
By helping with financing our project we will let you use one (1) QSSL for all your research needs. We would also like to later incorporate your Silicon Dioxide (SiO2) refiner into the future QSSL-2.

Would you like to co-operate? And if so how much?

Forgot to add the research difficulty. Difficulty for this program is provisional 5-Very hard including the Automated addon you mentioned(This may be revised, i'm considering the effects).
Automated would basically be sequenced stuff. Actually, scratch that. I'll add that stuff I said to the QSSL-2.

Given the initial weight assessment for PlanetSpace projects, I think that we'd be more interested in rockets then shuttles.  We will continue to look into this and should have a more confident assessment within the month.

On the PlanetSpace drawing board: an unmanned ion booster system capable of making payload deliveries to lunar and sub Jovian orbits (we are looking at roughly AU 7).  Still making initial assessment of payload size and desired delta-v.

roger that. keep in mind that the QSSL-2 will be larger.

I'm having a hard time coming to grips with orbital mechanics.  If I wanted to make a journey to a short period comet with a orbital period somewhere around 3.5 years, would a delta v of 8km/s sound reasonable for the return?
