Elves > Dwarves.

Elves get exotic creatures and manage to cage them and transport them with no fuss at all, can rip your woodcutters apart whilst camping in the local forest, and have no need of trees except to hug.

Dwarves get burnt by magma. A LOT.

Dwarves do not get burnt by magma. Magma wraps them in their warm embrace.

Bowelves get mowed down by marksdwarves. We capture exotic animals in our cage traps and release them on our enemies. We have no need of trees: we need only the giant mushrooms that grow in the dark dank caves we call home.
