Thoughts:

1) Is someone trying to claim Toaster is a death antimiller? That's one of the most anti-town things to include in a game because of the false information it gives. Just HAVING one is borderline Bastard Mod. It's the kind of thing you should expect from the game titled Why Would You Do That: A Mafia Misadventure, not from a comparatively ordinary BYOR.

2) Does Toaster's refusal to nuke me constitute an attempt to throw suspicion on me if he's scum?

More importantly...

3) I was no more keen than anyone else on being nuked, but now I'm questioning whether Toaster's claim is true at all if he isn't willing to nuke. Fish. This scenario smells of them.

Flipping town when you're not doesn't strike me as particularly out of line for a BYOR, and certainly not any more than the rampant revives/death immunities do.
