*Crystal is calmly walking along*

*Somewhere else, a red panda shifts in her sleep, feeling around for the soft, warm body the proximity of which she now takes as implicit. Finding her missing as amiss, she swiftly wakes up, and begins searching the house for her, calling out her name.*

*Finding no one there besides the sleeping Yumiko, irrational fears creep into her heart. She makes to dress and gear up quickly, but finds her suit gone. Somewhat calmed by the idea that Crystal hadn't been somehow snatched in the middle of the night but likely went out for a walk, Amy takes a fast shower, dries off, gears up with enough weapons to start and win a border skirmish and heads for the transport rune.*

*Yumi stirrs on the sofa*

[Keita]

*Keita gives the anthromophic spider a sideways glace.* "Fighting demons does that to you. Sorry but I find your form a little unsetteling."

[Twi]

"I can't blame you. Me, I eat demons for breakfast, sometimes literally."
She sighs.

[Keita]

*Keita mumbles his apologise again and rolls his shoulders.*

[Twi]

Thera sighs.
"You know, it's funny. Sometimes, I wish I was someone else. But in the end, I realize that, for all it's faults, I like myself this way."

[Keita]

"It's god to be comfetable with who you are. But you can always strive to be something different."

[Something Evil]

*Yumi stirrs on the sofa*

*Ears trained to sense someone sneaking up from behind after having fired a heavy sniper rifle notice the waking fox-goddess. An SMG is discarded and placed out of sight, joined by a harness holding several grenades. The combat vest is placed nearer, on a chair, and a disarmed Amy moves up to Yumiko.*
A: "Uh... hello? How are you feeling?"

[Twi]

"That's true."
Thera looks at Keita.
"What about you?"

*Yumi sits up rubbing her head* "Like I've been torn to pieces and put back together"

[Keita]

"I don't know. Through the constant flames of war I've never had time to think about it..."

[Taricus]

"Er, how did the small salamanders get in..."

[Twi]

"Oh, those little things. I'm guessing the simple way."
