*Very slowly comes to, in an unfamiliar room inside the fort. In great pain, I mindtalk the the Hive Tyrant*
'Tyrant, hey Tyrant, can you hear me?'
*The sensation of great physical pain is heard/felt through the communication*

*The Tyrant slowly rises from the pools, in shinymode, Lashwhil laced over small stumps of bone on its back, making a cradle for the Bonesword.*
"Yes; you were injured in the spire collapsing, were you not? Did no one attend to your wounds?"

*I extend my thoughtspeak to nearly everyone in the fort, through first extending off of the Hive Tyrant and Tenshi.*
'Everyone... Report in. How far is the structural damage? How many casualties do we have besides myself?'

'Can't detect anyone else wounded'
'Good. How is the damage to the tower? Was it completely leveled?'
"What happened?"
'We were attacked. I don't know much more about what happened...'

"I do not know. I was not conscious during the fight, but seeing as they are nowhere to be found, a hazarded answer would be yes. As for the pain, it may simply be a cause of phantom impressions in the pain center; they are not uncommon, even after full structural recovery."
*A pack of Rippers pop up near Iceball, one with a loose sack on its back.*
"Addiction to opiates such as morphine can be quite unpleasant, especially when withdrawl sets in. I would suggest a derivate of a neurotoxin specific to a Catachan plant, common as a pet in many military garrisons. It dampens activity in the pain center of the brain, and leads to gradual normalization of the impression of pain."
*The modified Ripper, sack and all, is waiting on Iceball's foot.*

*Looks over my robotic arm and my arm drill. The arm is almost falling apart and the drill is heavily dented.*
"Ugh, this doesn't look too good."
*I attempt to disengage both, but a fault keeps it from vanishing from existence.*
"Hm?"
*I check my IDC, it has a nasty dent in it, and a cracked up screen.*
"Great, the IDC's broken. Not good..."
