*Nuglush's ghostly eyes flare a sickly green for a second.*

"Do you require proof of my power?"

[Twi]

"I was like, 13 years old or so. Not exactly restrained."
Stephan sighs.

Thera blinks.
"Oy. Oy vey. I see why you use that form now."

[Vorthon]

*Akkar's eyes flash brighter for a second*

"But that's what the power of fire is. Unrestrained and uncontrolled."

"Yeah. It's hard to talk to mortals when they go completely insane just by seeing you."

[Something Evil]

L: "If it would bring the local deity's wrath upon you, then yes."

[Vorthon]

*Nuglush hesitates.*

"I could end it in an instance... You seem like you deserve your rest..."

[Ochita]

*At this point, Ochita wanders into the caves, to see two beings.*
"Huh?"

[Something Evil]

L: "At least you could give me the joy of my final moments seeing you get chased by an enraged fox goddess, intent on turning you into a set of hairpins."
*A cold wind stirs the still air of the room, a frozen sigh.*
L: "And then I would be granted a new body, from the darkness within the light, and walk the earth of a different world yet again, in a body meant for eternal service to a man long dead, whom I slew the moment I was brought back."

[Vorthon]

*Nuglush seems enraged.*

"I am a GOD! I cannot be outmatched by a mortal who is dead!"

[Ochita]

"Hey."
*Ochita strides into the chamber.*
"Leave the dead in peace. That includes me."

[Vorthon]

*Nuglush turns his ghostly visage towards Ochita.*

"You dare talk to the god of death like that? I should snuff out your life for such insolence! I was merely trying help this poor soul!"


((Yay for tension! ))

[Ochita]

*Ochita strides up, hate in his eyes.*
"Death, life...  Its all the same to me. And.. I would to see you try. This isn't your world, and you should respect other people..."

[Vorthon]

"This world and mine have merged. I have power here. I was sick of being kept in check by Athri! He was a fool!"

[Twi]

"Not exactly. Fire may not control itself very well, but it can be controlled nonetheless. You see..."
Stephan explains the works of cars and the internal combustion engine as best he knows. Which is not that bad, actually.
