*A new gust of air, warmer, flows backwards from the first. A yawn.*
L: "That dead mortal called upon the very powers residing in the fabric of reality. A god can only do so much to bend the weave."

*It/he then shapes itself near Ochita.*
L: "And your bravado serves no one."

[Vorthon]

*Akkar looks furious*

"CONTROLLING FIRE?!?! CONTROLLING FIRE?!?! I should end your pitiful existence!"

((Stephan hit somebody's berserk button! Yay!  ))

*Nuglush's manifested form rears up, and takes on increasingly grotesque properties as it does.*

"You think you can control a god? And who do you think is responisble for Athri's death?"

*Ralin Farwalker takes an absurdly large step and walks up to Aegis, Anriz and Thera in one stride.*

R:"Hello!"

[Something Evil]

*Two gauntlets, made of solid, frozen shadow, come together in a few claps.*
L: "Do your fellow gods know of your great deed? And I wonder what the new ruling god will say when she hears his death, and this merger, was your doing..."
*He sits down.*
L: "You are making me talk too much. It is annoying."

[Ochita]

*Ochita glances at Lor, and back.*
"....I will still keep you in check. I don't care if you try to kill me. I have friends. Their lights shining even in death."

"Oh, hey. I'm Aegis.. And you?"

[Vorthon]

*Nuglush's manifested form flows around Ochita and Lor.*

"Do you really think I would be so foolish? I could not hope to stand against the other gods if they united against me. I will send all who stand in my way to oblivion!"

*Ralin grins.*

"Ralin Farwalker's the name, Luck and Travel are my domains!"

[Something Evil]

*Lor stands up, then replays a perfect recording of Nuglush's boast, then breaks off slivers of himself, which do the same, then more slivers until the cave is full of echoes.*
L: "Are we understood, then?"

[Vorthon]

*Nuglush stops dead in his... uh... nonexistant tracks, and glares at Lor.*

"Clever. Very Clever."

[Ochita]

*Ochita isn't impressed.*
"I'm not afraid of death... I've already died."

[Vorthon]

"That does not mean you cannot die again..."

[Twi]

Stephan facepalms.
"No you shouldn't. I didn't come up with that, hell, I hardly ever used those things. Go yell at the billions of people who are using such things back where I live. See if they agree with you. The answer will probably be: No."

Thera smiles.
"I think I might be feeling lucky myself."

[Vorthon]

*Akkar still seethes with rage*

"I will burn their world! I will burn them all! They are abominations!"

*Ralin grins*

R:"Really?"

A:"Ralin..."

[Ochita]

"That does not mean you cannot die again..."

"All things die, and that no longer applys to me."

[Something Evil]

*Lor shrugs, then sits back down, most slivers returning.*
L: "Eons spent walking the world means learning a few things. Harm anyone, and my... insurance will take effect."


*Something is very, very annoyed.*
T: [Akkar[This is why I dislike gods. They are impulsive and idiotic. Fire is worshiped by the users and builders of such things. It feeds and fuels the lives and deaths of countless millions.]
*The Tyrant sends to Akkar an image of an incendiary artillery strike, torching a city.*

[Twi]

Stephan sighs.
"...Eh. You see, there's a distinct lack of magic over there. So they use this thing called science and technology. Let's see where it's gotten them: Above the freaking sky. Although that place is more or less just a whole lot of void, so it's not that exciting."
