Well the worst part about Edward isn't that he is a vampire

It is that we are honestly supposed to take an emotionally abusive violent stalker seriously as a love interest. Outside of that he is emotionally distant, brooding, and condensending.

I mean... SURE he is hot (Somewhat... not really) but outside of that he is rather repulsive and should be arrested.

No, the worst part is that some people actually consider him a rather romantic love interest. Young girls, which should be especially terrifying for parents, and even grown women. It's troubling.
