Yeah that could be a serious psychological disorder. One that can become chronic and permanent. Its in your best interests to speak to a psychiatrist/medical doctor immediately.

I was considering starting a "things that scared you today thread" but alas I located this one.

Yesterday a small rubber gasket had ended up in my bed, somehow and when I opened the covers it rolled forward rapidly and some part of my brain mistook it for a large black cockroach,  honestly a cockroach would have been preferable to this existential mystery. I've done that. It's usually just bad, but sometimes the rhythms line up and you get a weird disjointed and lopsided kind of vibe that's actually pretty cool.
