All those things are things I do as often as possible already, though.   
Although I suppose I should do creative things more often, such as drawing. Probably the best thing for me would be to acquire a new guitar. That was always cathartic for me back in the day, whenever I was in a bad mood. Perhaps my current lack of musical instruments is the real reason I am so unhappy these days.

Well, I'm certainly not the best judge of these things (whether I deal with sadness or anger better) but I definitely find anger more pleasant to  deal with.
