I think Lyeos is right. I keep a stick by my bed for emergency weapon use (totally not for squishing spiders at a distance, guys) but if all else fails, the Ooga Booga will grant you victory.

Hmmm, the best weapon to hand would probably be my lava lamp. It's a proper glass one, and so is both weighty and extremely hot at the base. Then again, my phone is also a Nokia brick, which has been known to knock people unconscious when used as a rugby ball.
