God damn it, now I'm up all night reading creepy pasta. Already, my browser froze on a freaky image. My desktop appeared. It was black. It wasn't black before.* The light burned out. I did what any human still clinging to what we feebly describe as sanity would do: I consulted an irc channel. I asked if now was a good time to start screaming. They said it was. I screamed.

*I cleared the temp files a while ago, desktop image must have been erased.
