If you need to transfer money over long distances (across the world), remember Western Union. I hate to do their ads, because they have pretty big fees, but they're extremely reliable and saved my ass once. It's, afaik, the safest solution (but not the cheapest).

So assuming the above figures are accurate...you've got maybe a 15% shot of surviving an interior decapitation, depending on the severity of the injury.

Ugh, I'm unsure to the depth of impact of what I'm reading--but as today is a national holiday (Nov 30) along with local political stuff happening, I'm really disliking what's going on with those who are 'pro' in the context of what's going on up there >.< Related context connected to causing all this.

...Although this does tie in into our history being wiped even if it's just a half century ago. Couldn't find a better thread to post about these as the 'probably only Philippine politics thread' isn't really a dedicated Philippine politics thread. :v

Side-note, but am I the only one who thinks there ought to be a general Politics Thread, perhaps for all parts of the world not Europe or the USA?
