(This is, in fact, stolen inspired by another thread for people who didn't get in on that. It was conquer the kingdom. They will have most of the same rules, but i'll put my own spin on it to make it special)

Its time to conquer the (known) world!

Kings and queens of the like saw the chance today. It was the dawn of a new age, and many a people had knew it would come. The kings and Queens had grown tried of their small takes of land. They have grown bored with the long time of peace. It was time they made their move. They each had a goal, ambitious as it was. It was simply to rule the world. And at the start of the age the once peacefully countries had claimed to become empires. These new "empires" all wanted to win, but only one could control all. Who would it be? That is up to you...

To win, you must control at least 90% of the world map
Some rules have been edited tosave me some work Make this my own.

The rules are fairly simple.
Each turn happens simultaneously.
PM me your actions
Most actions will be decided by rolling a D6, with a 1 being the worst result and a 6 being the best result Using this site
You get 1 action per country, One action per agent, and one action per army.

Province actions are:
Recruit soldiers (gives you 100-1,000 soldiers from the ordered province. The number of soldiers recruited can be influenced by spending more cash)
Build Ships (builds ships and recruits sailors into the navy. 3 ships are 300 gold.)
Raise funds (gives you 100-1,000 from the  ordered province)
Recruit Agent (gives you a Merchant, Diplomat, Spy, or General. the desired agent MUST be specified. More on Agents later. a higher roll results in a more skillful agent. success influenced by spending money)

Army Actions are:
Move (army travels from its current county to an adjacent county)
Attack (army attempts to capture adjacent province. Result can be influenced through generals)
Fortify (army prepares to defend itself from enemy attacks)

Navy Actions:
Move fleet (Choose a fleet to move somewhere. The number of days it takes depends on how many inches from the start point to the end point their are.)
Transport troops (Takes two action points technically, one for the navy, one for the army. allows you to embark an army onto a fleet for transportation to other counties)
Blockade county (disrupts any actions taken in the blockaded county)
Attack enemy fleet (Your fleet engages an opponents fleet in a manner similar to land battles)

Agents can only perform one action, but this may be ANY action related to the agents specialty. Players are encouraged to be original when it comes to possible actions.

Spies: use for assassinations, intelligence gathering, disrupting enemy actions, hiding information, countering enemy spies, and anything that requires stealth and/or treachery
Diplomat: used for negotiating with neutral counties, foreign powers, and anything else that requires a non-violent solution
Merchant: used to acquire more money, steal opponents money, and anything financially related
Generals: Assigned to an army, and may not perform independent actions. Generals allow you to give more complex orders to your armies and can influence the result of the battle
Admiral: Boils down to a general on the water. higher skill means more effectiveness. Reduces water travel time to 2 in = 1 turn

Getting agents of any kind needs money.

Agents of any kind come in 3 types. For every agent you hire you have the chance of hiring a Master/demi-god/grand (Whichever takes your fancy) agent. These agents are oh so very very skilled at their job and most of the time give you the best.

Unskilled agent: He can do his job, but not do it well. -Cost: 100- -Chance of Master agent: 10/10000-

Normal agent: He does his job better then an unskilled agent but not as good a skilled agent. -cost: 500- -Chance of Master agent: 10/1000

Skilled agent: He does his job very well... but he can skill fail... -Cost: 1000- Chance of Master agent: 10/100-

(Note: Diplomats can be used to talk to each other no matter what. Using Diplomats to get counties to Join you is where skill comes in)

Combat:
Combat is decided on opposing dice rolls ( d20s in this case) this site. A number of factors can influence the outcome of these. A few factors are:

General in Army
Army is fortified

Living in impregnable Monastery-Fortress, they spent two centuries fighting off hordes of Barbarian. Now, under the leadership of Alexander von Trippker, the order has grown fast and had decided it was time to go on the offensive.

Backstory: Led by General Thomas Billman, this dictatorship originated as a peaceful state, the Commonwealth of Vertston. (This backstory is based upon what my intentions were in Conquer the Kingdom... you know, before I got double backstabbed.) Thomas Billman is known to be good to his people, but he can be ruthless to all who oppose him, and even a few neutral parties, when needed. Although his goal is not to eliminate all of his enemies, he does plan to subjugate them.

Backstory: In 1NA (New Age) Tywin Lannister seized power in Borghyi and set about making it a world power. He is set on conquering the Southern Continent, and then, perhaps, the world.

Backstory: Bob marley went through a strange portal one day and came to this world, is is trying to take over the world so that he can spread his message of peace and hope.

Name:The Kolan Republic.
County: Kolan
Map color: Red
Backstory: Skilled at diplomacy, the leader of the KR successfully negotiated his way into the leading spot in Kolan. Massive military buildup ensues.

Name: The Grey Fraternity.
County: Varkian.
Map Colour: Grey, of course.
Backstory: Commanded with an iron fist by the inscrutable and enigmatic Lord Grey, The Grey Fraternity are a male-exclusive group of veteran assassins and cut-throats. Having quite utterly eradicated the myriad noblemen and women that littered the Varkian countryside few scant months ago - often at the behest and financial support of those very same lords and ladies - the Grey Fraternity emerged from the bloody coup as the only powerful faction remaining in Varkian. As such, it has taken a position akin to that of a ruling family - adopting in new members of worth and merit as is necessary. The rule of Lord Grey is one that brookes no malcontent, the Fraternity also acting as a secret police and a state army when required. As a relative newcomer to the front, none can be sure how the Fraternity will conduct itself on an international scale, although it is doubtful one need worry his imagination in considering the policies of a clan of highly ambitious hired killers...

Note: You will have to keep track of where your armies are YOURSELF. Save the map and put where your armies are in a paint App. Its easy and I will not critize your horrible paint skills.

Will probably sign up but, I have a couple questions!

1) What does the edge of the map represent? Is that a safe border, Or can will we find a hoard of evil mongols knocking on our backdrop in a few turns?

2) More of a comment, but it seems the province on the southern continent between Hedian and Bacxa is missing a name?
    EDIT: Also between Opans and Reatio there is a tiny sliver.

1) Its all unliving mountains and deserts. Nothing lives beyond there.... right?
(Nope, don't expect anything coming from there.)

Also, may I suggest merging some countries together? There is simply to many of them right now.
