Defenders of the Imperium

Hmm, so a Warhammer 40k Imperial Guard forum game. I'm not sure how well this will be received, but I thought up a cool system earlier today, and I would like to try it out.

It pretty much only uses d100's.
Each weapon has an accuracy rating, and a damage modifier. For example, a LasGun might have a accuracy of 57, and a damage modifier of +10. This means that I'd have to roll below a 57 (+the shooter's skill) to hit, then I'd roll again if it hit, and that becomes the victim's chance to die each turn. The damage modifier adds to the roll. Then I roll again for the chance of that person to die. If I roll above the chance, they live, if I roll below, they die. Each turn the chance of death gets 5 closer to 50. So if I rolled a 75, the next turn it would be 70, and if I rolled a 35, the next turn it would be 40.
Each person has an accuracy rating. For example, a guardsmen may have an accuracy rating of +10, so I would add that to his weapon's chance to hit his target.
I'm still screwing around with vehicles in my head, but I'm pretty sure I could port this system with some modifications to include weapon and track damage.

Well, I was planning on a single character, but multiple could work. So sure, someone could be a commissar.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

Ill join, but know little about warhammer 40k.
So we each get a person in the Cadian 23rd Shock Troops?

Yeah, you do lemon. Don't worry, I'll try to fill you in as we go along.

Damn, I need the [REDACTED] codex...
Well, you don't have to be the 23rd, or Cadian for that matter. Just click here and choose a regiment that looks or sounds cool to you.

Well if everyone agrees, I'll start writing up turn one. I'm still accepting people, but I'll only take ten maximum.
Wait wait, you haven't finished filling in details.

10 might be a bit much, and how often do you think turns will be, personally i would like 1 day max each best

I'll try to do a turn a day, but I'm not going to set a hard cap at twenty four hours. However, if you would like me to set one, I'll do it.
