So, me and my cousin were going through the dungeons under Athens. Where we come across "*Some name* the Murderer". A melee miniboss/hero.
Don't let the fact that he's a miniboss fool you, though. He was absurd. He could one-hit-kill both me and my cousin at times (my cousin always was instakilled, as she was a mage), and regenerated health at a simply absurd rate if he wasn't busy killing you. War Horn and nets did nearly nothing, and he was extremely fast moving. He could stun me for a couple seconds, where 1/2 times I would be dead very quickly. He threw down three bolt traps at a time, which could easily kill you by themselves. Even after I compensated for my severe Piercing resistance malus by buying piercing resistant armor, and put on a shield rather than dual wielding, he still gibbed me very quickly, and my cousin even quicker. Together, we must have died at least 30-40 times. This goddamn miniboss was tougher than even the final boss on the previous difficulty level, and FAR more difficult than the actual main quest boss later in the dungeon.
We did finally kill him, though, after his AI glitched out. I'm pretty sure neither of us are sorry that we exploited this, as this miniboss was beyond absurd, and dropped only gold items, no green or blue or purple ones. Regardless, an entire floor of the dungeon must have been flowing in our blood before we did.
